Refund Policy

You can cancel your Pro subscription anytime from your account. Cancellation stops future renewals; you keep access until the end of the period you already paid for.

Because Pro grants instant access to digital tools, payments are generally non-refundable, including for partial or unused periods. We’ll gladly issue a refund if:

• you were charged in error or charged twice, or
• a paid feature was unavailable due to a fault on our side and we couldn’t resolve it.

Nothing here limits rights you may have under the consumer or distance-selling laws of your country (for example, statutory withdrawal rights). Where those apply, they take precedence.

Contact us with your account email and the charge in question and we’ll get back to you. Refunds, when granted, are returned to your original payment method via Stripe.
