Terms of Service

THE ORB Studio provides web tools to create FiveM resources (loading screens, vehicle meta editors, asset placement and more). Tools run in your browser; we may add, change or remove tools at any time.

You sign in with Discord. You’re responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your Discord account secure. You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your country) to use the Service.

Some features require a paid plan (“Pro”). Payments are processed by Stripe; by subscribing you also agree to Stripe’s terms. Subscriptions renew automatically each period until you cancel. You can cancel anytime from your account; access continues until the end of the paid period. Prices may change with notice for future periods. See our Refund Policy.

You agree not to: misuse or disrupt the Service; attempt to break, overload or reverse-engineer it; resell or redistribute the tools themselves; or use the Service to create content that is illegal or infringes others’ rights.

The files you upload and the resources you generate are yours. You’re responsible for having the rights to any assets you upload (videos, images, audio, models, metas). We don’t claim ownership of your exports. The Service itself, its code, design and brand remain ours.

THE ORB Studio is an independent tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Rockstar Games, Take-Two, or Cfx.re / FiveM. “FiveM”, “GTA” and related marks belong to their respective owners.

The Service is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. We don’t guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that generated files will work on every server configuration. To the maximum extent permitted by law, THE ORB is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 12 months.

We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms. You can stop using the Service at any time and delete your account by contacting us.

We may update these Terms; material changes will be posted here with a new “last updated” date. Continued use means you accept the changes.
